Lagos state have put confinement on business cruisers and tricycles yet absolutely not on bikes; and especially not a bike that serve its environs.
On Tuesday, 11 August, a palm wine merchant around at Alausa Secretariat, Ikeja, Lagos made energetic business as purchasers swarmed him to have no less than a jug of his fine palm wine.
