Bauchi—Police in Bauchi State have captured a 30-year-old man, recognized as Nasiru Usman Banki, and a woman over the passing of his better half in Bauchi.
Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Haruna Mohammed, who affirmed the occurrence to newsmen in Bauchi, said the perished, known as Iklima Alhassan, matured 28, and an indigene of Bukuru town in Plateau State, went by her beau, Nasiru, who lives at Rafin Makaranta territory, behind Awala Hotel in Bauchi.
He said inconvenience began when the expired met another woman, Fatima Baba Isa, 22, of Makera ward in her sweetheart's flat, a circumstance that purportedly brought about a battle between the two ladies.
Mohammed said: "On August 9, at around 12:50a.m., an uncon-scious young woman was found along Maiduguri by-go, close Awalah Roundabout, Bauchi.
"The police watch group joined to Tafawa Balewa Housing Estate Division went to the scene and surged the casualty to ATBU Teaching Hospital, Bauchi, were she was ensured dead on entry by a therapeutic specialist and the cadaver was stored in the funeral home for posthumous examination."
The police representative said the expired's beau and the other woman were captured and were helping the Police with valuable data that could help determine the reason for her passing.
